Warranties & General Policies

We warrantied all our Ball Pit Balls products for a reasonable period of time against Cracks under normal usage by users of the appropriate age/weight. All our products were built-in with production batch-code for quality tracking purposes.

 We warrantied all our Inflatable Bouncer & Ball Pit products for a 90 Days period against Material & Manufacturing Defects Only.  Cuts, Punctures and/or Tears are not Defects but we offered a 30 Days Oops Exchange. All our products were built-in with production batch-code for quality tracking purposes. 

If you had purchased a product which does not meet your requirements and/or needs. We will be glad to exchange/replace the product for you. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, fees and arrangement of the original purchase and the differences in product cost. We will cover the cost of shipping on the replacement product.
