General Policies

We accept return of brand new un-used items, within 14 days from date of shipment delivery.  Products can be returned for an exchange, a credit or a refund.  Sorry, for sanitary reasons, we can not accept the return of any used products.

You may return any brand new un-used items, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a merchandise credit.  

We do not charge restocking fees on return of brand new un-used products. However, buyer is responsible for the original actual delivery shipping expenses & fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.  

Order may be cancelled before the shipment had been processed & Physically Shipped. An up to 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee may be deducted from any applicable refund.   

Unless the return reason is due to our fault, buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses & fees, and, the arrangement of return shipping.   Buyer's change of mind, products not suiting buyer's needs or requirements are not seller's fault.
