We guarantee our commercial grade balls against defects in material and workmanship; cracking or breaking in normal use for a period of 2 years. 

We guarantee our non-commercial grade balls against defects in material and workmanship; cracking or breaking in normal use for a period of 1 years. 

If you had purchased a product which does not meet your requirements and/or needs. We will be glad to exchange/replace the product for you. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, fees and arrangement of the original purchase and the differences in product cost. We will cover the cost of shipping on the replacement product.
